I would like to give thanks to the following for supporting me and getting me through my surgery and subsequent chemo treatments:

- My Dad for being there to drive me, doing my share of house work and not taking personally all the times I took my frustration out on you.
- Church Friends for providing me with a listening ear, as well as just being a friend.
- Surgeon, Ward Nurses for their expertise in getting rid of the cancer, as well as their professionalism and patience while I was in hospital.
- Oncologist and Cancer Nurses for providing advice, understanding me, my feelings and always being up to date with where I was in the whole process
- Physio for being open to adapt and provide support for what I needed in way of treatment during the chemo process, as well as the treatment for the original problem I had.
- Psychologist for having the experience with chemo patients to provide them with relevant advise on how to handle the process, as well as for a listening ear.
